SHIPPING

Most golden pieces in the shop are ready to ship upon purchase and will take 1-3 working days to be processed, wrapped and shipped. However, some custom creations (such as shelly phone cases) are handmade upon purchase – so please allow 3-7 days to ship.

All goods purchased from the store will be shipped via Express Australia Post and will be delivered in approx. 1-5 days (depending on your location). You will receive tracking information after your item has been shipped.

If you need an item in a rush then please email me your request.

It is recommended that you ensure the shipping address provided is both accurate & up to date, and is also a safe and secure address for parcels to be left. We are not responsible for missing parcels that have been signed off as delivered by the shipping provider. Please also include a phone number for your order so this can be used on your contact details for shipping.

We ship worldwide for MOST items, from the origin country of Australia (unless stated in the listing).

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales of golden goods are final and we cannot accept returns because of ‘change of mind’.

If you receive an item in the mail that is faulty/damaged, we will do our best to address any problems. Please contact us immediately (with photo evidence and details) and depending on the damage, we will repair the piece or refund you. The item must be returned within two working weeks of purchase to be valid for this to occur. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and associated costs. Returns or exchanges cannot be made with any sale items This does not include items damaged by the wearer or carer due to neglect in caring for the item correctly.
